The man who takes these glorious photos is Robert Sijka. "My passions are cats and photography, I do my best to combine these two things as good as possible," he shares on his website.
Photographer Robert Sijka sheds new light on one of the internet’s most beloved creatures, cats. The Hong Kong-based creative focuses his attention on the Maine Coon, the largest breed of domesticated felines.
Their distinctive appearance includes long fur that frames their face like a lion, in addition to a robust build—they can grow up to nearly four feet in length.
The Maine Coon is a large and sociable cat, hence its nickname, "the gentle giant". It is characterized by a robust bone structure, rectangular body shape, a silky flowing coat and a long, bushy tail.
The breed's colors vary widely, with only lilac and chocolate disallowed for pedigree. Reputed for its intelligence and playful, gentle personality, the Maine Coon is often cited as having "dog-like" characteristics.
It has a distinctive physical appearance and valuable hunting skills. It is one of the oldest natural breeds in North America, specifically "native" to the state of Maine (though the feline was simply introduced there), where it is the official state cat.

Are these from one breeder? I would love to know where these cats are from.
BEAUTIFUL..I want a kitten so it can grow up with my already grown small in stature domestic cat that looks like a coon cat. A grown Coon would freak her out!!
looks like my Maine coon Lykois..aka werewolf cats ...which the full blooded bitch bred with the hairloss gene cat that are bred with Farrel cat with the hairloss gene..for many years they were thought to be bred with sphinx cats but bloodwork etc proved they were no kin at all..awesome breeds with personalities to die for..once you own one you won't own anything but a lykoi..so worth the 3-6k for a cat..
