This is the dramatic moment a hawk was rescued from certain death by a group of people who saw it being choked to death by a snake.
Scott Adams was on a fishing trip with a pal when they saw something on the dusty Arizona road.
On closer inspection they discovered that a hawk – it's face frozen and mouth open wide in terror – was being choked to death by a four-foot bull snake. Rather than let nature take its course, Mr Adams started to unwrap the snake from the bird.
At first the men couldn't tell if the hawk was already dead but it started blinking as the snake was unwrapped. Eventually the bull snake – which is non venomous – wriggled off before lunging at Mr Adams, seeing him as a threat.
Mr Adams carried the paralysed bird away from the snake and suddenly it caught its breath, flying away to safety. The snake can be heard violently hissing in the background, clearly peeved that his supper was snatched away from him.
Bull snakes are known for having a "bad attitude" and are often mistaken for rattlesnakes

Wow! well done guys.
I'm a huge animal lover, but this guy should have not interfered with nature. And what sense did it make to free the bird and then place it back in harms way? I wonder how long it was there before they got back with their video camera? It was obvious that they knew where it was- so instead of instinctively "helping" when they first saw it, they had to make sure they got it on video for the sake of going viral. Yeah good job. Get your priorities in order.
What an idiot response. What's the point in letting the snake choke to death something it can't even eat? You want to raise a stink over people interfering raise it over people preventing survival of itself not over people preventing unnecessary death. They could have seen the hawk ahead of them on the trail doesn't mean their rescue wasn't genuine or like they made filming this top priority. You have to be trolling cause no one can be this stupid -_-"
