Deer Rescue on Black Sturgeon Lake, Kenora, Ontario
So many of us are far too familiar with stories and pictures of cruelty and hatred towards animals and people too. So many, that sometimes we forget that there are still many kind hearted and caring people out there also. People who don't think for a minute if someone is in trouble or needs rescue.
That was the case recently when a deer became trapped on the slippery ice of a frozen lake in Kenora, Ontario. Thankfully for the little deer there were two men nearby that saw this and came to her rescue. One shudders to think what would have been her fate if not for these two wonderful men that came to her aid. Their only concern was getting her to safety and they did not worry about their own well-being.
Three men leapt into action when a real-life Bambi found itself stranded on a frozen lake. Two skaters, accompanied by a friend with a video camera, made their way onto Black Sturgeon Lake in Kenora, Canada, and used the few materials they had to push the deer to safety. Using just a rope and a life jacket, which they fashioned into a harness, the duo slowly guided the deer from the middle of the frozen lake all the way to the safety of the shore.
So the next time you are feeling overwhelmed by all the evil in the world, remember there are those who are here to make a difference for the good in the world. Those who still fight the good fight against the dark side of mankind. Those who act out of love instead of hate.

Great Job. I'm very happy for the Deer.
SUPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Men who help animals are instantly 90% hotter. On skates? Add the 10%. Super heroes.
Brave men maybe..... Compassionate men NO DOUBT!!!!!
